If you are not fully satisfied with the BitDegree services within the first 14 days after the purchase, BitDegree will refund the full amount of your purchase and will discontinue your access.
Refunds will not be proceeded for accounts which have violated the terms of service or exceeded the 14-day term.
After the refund window as well as after payments to instructors, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
In case major course content was downloaded and (or) viewed before the refund was requested and (or) student requested several courses refund over an extended period, the BitDegree withhold the right to reject the request of refund.
If BitDegree determines that a user is abusing the money back guarantee & refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and discontinue or restrict all current or future use of the service provided by BitDegree without issuing a refund.
